We are currently seeking a QA Tech for 6 week job assignment in the city of Fontana

Hours: 2nd Shift: 1:30pm to I0pm. Must be flexible and able to work overtime when required

Job Duties — Essential Functions Responsibilities Include:

Office and warehouse environment. This position spends approximately 60% in the production environment and 40% at a desk working in front of computer.

Monitoring, reviewing, and archiving inspection records and choosing appropriate measures to communicate any findings

Authorizing, reviewing, maintaining, and facilitating authorized material returns from all customers including logs and system transactions related to the returns

Managing all equipment, & tools including retaining historical data on tools/equipment

Creating, maintaining, communicating, and reviewing KPI data for all QMS and work center processes Reviewing work center efficiencies and reporting to production

Reviewing, maintaining, dispositioning, and reporting of materials during Material Review Board Meetings

Generating and maintaining rework work orders based on dispositioning

Overseeing receiving inspections

Reviewing all work center processes and facilitating any concerns or questions with Quality Dept.

Conducting in-process and final inspection audits to verify conformity of products

Assisting in corrective actions, customer complaints, and continuous improvement measures

Ensuring products/service meet customer requirements

Handling customer complaints and continuous improvement measures as needed

Ensuring the QMS conforms to ISO 9001 :2015 standard

Ensuring products meet statutory and regulatory requirements where applicable and retaining documented infomation to the extent necessary to provide confidence that products are meeting those requirements

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Education

High School Graduate or equivalent required

At least 1-2 years' experience in a related Quality Assurance field

Manufacturing Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Should have previous experience in Quality Assurance or in a related field.

Knowledge in ISO 9001 a plus

Must possess excellent interpersonal relations and written/oral communication skills to communicate with both internal contacts in the organization and external contacts including internal staff.

Must be detailed oriented.

Must be a self- starter.

Must have excellent math skills.

Must be able to use inspection skills & accurately measure parts

Must be able to read and understand blueprint drawings

Well organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook.

High sense of urgency with ability to work in a fast-paced team environment anticipating and adjusting to challenges.
